Flat & Fancy Concrete installs various types of decorative coatings such as polyaspartic one day floors, but does so only with slabs capable of receiving a quality install. Slabs should be free from cracking and spalling or any type of coating may fail in those areas.

The concrete is first diamond ground to increase the porosity of the surface to accept an initial coating of polyaspartic. A second coat is laid down with chip flake of your color and size preference. This is then coated with two additional polyaspartic layers to seal in the chips for a high performance floor. This product is better than epoxy and suitable for use in residential and commercial garages/warehousing, airplane hangars and even pool decks.
